Revela, an experience-driven leadership training and consulting firm, recently announced a new book, authored by Andrea Fredrickson, the firm’s president. The book, titled Insight Unseen: How to Lead with 20/20 Business Vision, aims to help business owners take a more holistic view of their businesses and how they lead.
Introducing eight lenses through which to view leadership, the book helps executives see more clearly to reduce ambiguity and focus on future success.

The official launch for Insight Unseen comes in the form of a half-day event for executive teams held at the Scott Conference Center in Omaha. The event, “Let’s Get Clear” will be held on Friday, May 1st, from 8:30am – 11:00am.
The event focuses on the premise that a lack of perspective and clarity comes with a price. Three facilitators from Revela will be featured: Lona Smart, Michelle Hill, and Andrea Fredrickson, the book’s author. The facilitation for this event will encourage participants to reveal their personal blind spots, such as fractionated teams, high turnover, and a lack of focus, to name a few. The goal is to guide participants to navigate through the blind spots and see more clearly.
